Summary
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience providing technical support in a corporate or professional environment.
- Experience delivering in-person end-user support and resolving a broad range of technical issues.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience deploying and supporting end-user computing devices.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple requests, and work independently.
- Strong commitment to customer service and user satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise technologies in areas such as:
- Productivity and collaboration platforms
- Identity and access administration
- Endpoint management solutions

- Networking concepts and infrastructure

- Backup and recovery solutions

Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
Additional Information
- This position requires working onsite at the Houston-area office.
- Occasional flexibility may be needed to support maintenance activities or urgent technical situations outside standard business hours.
