We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to join a leading legal services team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, driving the optimization of enterprise contracting processes. You will work within an Agile environment to design, configure, and deploy enhancements that improve global contract efficiency.

responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement
o Lead scrums and other meetings with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements during Agile sprint planning and story grooming.
o Develop a deep understanding of client contract management processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
o Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into functional requirements and aligning solutions with strategic goals.
- Process Analysis & Future-State Design
o Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes, including contract creation, approval, negotiation, and post-execution management.
o Collaborate with clients to design future-state processes, focusing on best practices and optimizing the CLM workflow for scalability and compliance.
o Develop and present detailed process maps, functional specifications, and solution documentation for stakeholder review, as needed.
- Solution Configuration & Implementation Support
o Configure Conga CLM systems based on ticket requirements, including setting up workflows, templates, metadata, and reporting dashboards.
o Validate and support testing of all new configuration against ticket criteria, including developing test cases, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting issues to ensure solution quality, as needed.
o Partner with technical teams to oversee and validate customizations, integrations, and data migrations as part of the ongoing CLM development.
- Training & User Adoption
o Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation to ensure an up-to-date digital Center of Excellence and support end-user adoption of the CLM system.
o If requested, conduct training sessions and workshops to familiarize users with new processes, workflows, and system functionality.
o Serve as a point of contact for support, addressing user queries and prioritizing new tickets for system enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement & Reporting
o Monitor solution performance and user feedback post-deployment, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
o Leverage data from the CLM system to generate insights on contract performance, cycle times, and compliance metrics.
o Provide actionable reports and dashboards to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of the CLM enhancements on business objectives.
qualifications:
5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Proven experience with Conga CLM implementation and configuration.
Proficiency in Agile delivery methodology (Scrum/Sprint planning).
Strong background in requirements gathering and process mapping for legal or contract operations.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
