Description Robert Half is seeking a
Business Analyst - Operations / Functional to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative for a Protiviti client. This role will focus on process discovery, data mapping, and ERP migration readiness during the initial assessment phase, with the opportunity to continue supporting implementation and rollout activities.
Location: Seattle, WA (Harbor Island Area)
Schedule: Onsite 4-5 days per week
Duration: 3-Month Contract with potential to extend
Responsibilities- Document end-to-end operational workflows across maintenance, compliance, and field operations functions.
- Map and analyze data flows between SaaS applications, legacy systems, and databases.
- Identify process inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and system gaps.
- Extract and analyze data from SQL Server environments and SaaS platforms using CSV and API-based data sources.
- Support data validation, cleansing, and remediation efforts.
- Execute assigned workstream activities under BCM leadership.
- Assist in preparing systems, processes, and data for ERP migration and implementation.
Requirements - Experience supporting ERP transformation or ERP migration initiatives.
- Strong SQL Server querying and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with large, inconsistent, or fragmented datasets.
- Ability to extract and analyze data from SaaS platforms via CSV and API sources.
- Experience documenting workflows, business processes, and operational procedures.
- Background in data validation, cleansing, and quality improvement activities.
Preferred Qualifications- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics environments.
- Experience with Great Plains (GP) or similar ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with Intelex, eMaint, or comparable operational systems.
- Experience supporting maintenance, compliance, field operations, or related operational environments.
- Background working within loosely structured or highly fragmented system landscapes.
