About the Role
KayDev Technology is looking for an experienced Cognos Developer for a 30-month engagement with the NYS Office of Children and Family Services in Rensselaer, NY. You’ll gather and analyze business requirements, build and modify Framework Manager models and Cognos reports, use SQL for analysis and reporting, and test and troubleshoot reports with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 84 months in business requirement gathering, analysis and logical design, translating issues in oral and written communication
• 84 months creating and modifying Framework Manager models
• 84 months creating and modifying reports using Cognos tools
• 84 months using SQL for analysis and reporting, including conditional formatting and joining queries sourced from multiple tables or views
• 84 months testing reports and analytics, troubleshooting, problem solving, documenting and presenting data challenges to stakeholders
• 84 months working in social services or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree
