System Administrator / System Engineer

We are hiring an entry-level R&D Systems Support Analyst to support global enterprise tools and drive process improvements. This role is part of a global team supporting internal users worldwide, with a strong focus on improving workflows, automation, and system efficiency, along with some customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems and application support for enterprise business tools

• Work on process improvement and automation initiatives (approx. 80% of role)

• Support internal users and resolve system-related requests (approx. 20%)

• Assist with AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, and prompt-based automation

• Support SAP and Cornerstone LMS systems

• Prepare status reports and perform data analysis

• Create reports using Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus)

• Collaborate with global teams supporting R&D systems

Requirements

• Experience in systems engineering, application support, or IT systems operations

• Exposure to AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, or automation workflows

• Experience with SAP, Cornerstone, or other enterprise systems preferred

• Strong Excel skills: reporting and data analysis experience required

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus

• Strong communication and documentation skills
