Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain & Procurement Consultant with strong expertise across MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), PM (Plant Maintenance), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
The ideal candidate will play a key role in Application Management Services (AMS), support operations, and implementation projects, ensuring stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP supply chain processes.
 
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Project Delivery
Participate in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements across MM, PP, PM, and EWM modules
Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications
Configure SAP modules in alignment with best practices and organizational needs
Support integration with other SAP modules (SD, FI/CO, QM, etc.)
Coordinate with technical teams for developments such as RICEFW objects
 
Application Management Services (AMS)
Provide ongoing application support and maintenance for SAP Supply Chain modules
Handle incident management, service requests, and problem management
Monitor system performance and ensure resolution within defined SLAs
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities
 
Support Operations
Act as Level 2/Level 3 support for SAP issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
Support monthly/quarterly business cycles, including procurement, production, and maintenance activities
Collaborate with business users to resolve day-to-day operational challenges
 
Business Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support activities
Ensure alignment between IT delivery and business objectives
 
Required Skills & Experience
Functional Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in:
SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory Management)
SAP PP (Production Planning & Execution)
SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
SAP EWM (Warehouse Management & Logistics Execution)
 
Deep understanding of:
Supply chain processes
Procurement lifecycle
Warehouse operations and logistics
 
Technical & Process Skills
Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments preferred
Knowledge of integration points across modules
Experience in AMS support models and ITIL processes
Familiarity with data migration, testing (UAT/SIT), and cutover activities
 
Experience
7+ years of SAP functional experience in Supply Chain & Procurement
Proven track record in implementation + support projects
Experience working in remote/global delivery environments
 
Certifications (Mandatory)
At least one valid SAP Certification in any of the following modules:
SAP MM
SAP PP
SAP PM
SAP EWM
 
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Strong documentation and process orientation
 
Nice to Have
Experience with Advanced Planning, IBP, or Ariba
Exposure to automation and digital supply chain solutions
Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies
