Summary

Gainwell is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Product Manager to help drive the strategy, growth, and overall success of the Provider Flex product portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Flex Solutions, this role plays a critical part in defining the product's competitive positioning and long-term market value. The Business Product Manager will analyze target markets, assess the competitive landscape, and identify key differentiators to inform strategic direction.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing client engagement plans, maintaining accurate and dynamic product roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with evolving client and market needs. This role requires strong leadership across cross-functional teams, including Delivery, Development, Operations, Marketing, and Sales, to bring offerings to market and drive adoption.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, innovative, and highly organized professional with exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to lead in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your role in our mission

  • Drive the success and marketability of Go-To-Market (GTM) offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Product Line Leader to identify enhancements and investments.
  • Analyze target markets, competitors, and CMS/state mandates to inform strategy.
  • Develop and execute client engagement plans with actionable feedback loops.
  • Own and maintain dynamic product roadmaps aligned with client and market needs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Delivery, Development, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Manage initiatives with DDI teams to ensure successful GTM launches.


What we're looking for

  • 7-10 years in Technology Product Management with exposure to Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Implementation.
  • 8+ years in Business Analysis, Transformation, or Architecture.
  • Direct experience with Medicaid Provider Enrollment and Healthcare IT Systems.
  • Deep knowledge of MMIS, MITA 3.0, and CMS Certification Processes.
  • Proven ability to align product strategy with client needs and market demand.
  • Experience leading complex tech projects and enterprise-level implementations.


What you should expect in this role

  • Remote within the US and US Territories
  • Willingness to travel - 25%
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $108,500.00 - $155,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
