Role Overview

We are seeking a highly technical Digital Product Manager AI & Collaboration to lead the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of AI-enabled workplace and collaboration technologies. This role sits within the Infrastructure organization and requires a product leader with deep expertise in Microsoft s AI and productivity ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform.

This is a technology-focused product role, ideal for someone who understands platform architecture, evaluates solution designs, and translates business needs into scalable, secure, and user-centric digital solutions. The role will also help shape the evolution of enterprise AI platforms and drive AI integration into business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for workplace and collaboration technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Lead product delivery, including backlog management, prioritization, dependency tracking, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, security, and vendor teams.
• Drive AI-enabled use cases within the Microsoft ecosystem while ensuring governance, Responsible AI practices, and data privacy compliance.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, performance, and ROI, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• Act as a key escalation point, managing risks, reporting status, and resolving complex delivery challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 5 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a large enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva); Microsoft Copilot experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in AI/GenAI product development, preferably within enterprise productivity tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery in regulated environments.
• Proven experience in organizational change management, communication, and adoption initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or similar.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, and data privacy frameworks.
• Experience in financial services or capital markets environments.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
