Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Commercial construction project management experience

Experience managing interior construction or tenant improvement projects

Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors

Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing

Experience coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors

Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms

Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Project

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to drive projects from preconstruction through closeout

Knowledge of local market conditions and subcontractor relationships
