Evaluation of current ServiceNow out of the box capabilities and future roadmap considerations will also determine final solution, aligning to the principals of OOTB platform capability vs. customization wherever possible.

TRM ENHANCEMENTS:
• Software Bundles – Parent-child model, governance inheritance, catalog requests
• Version Blocking – CVE response, Tenable integration, Company Portal removal
• Environment Approvals – Dev?Test?UAT?Prod progression, 999 CI limit
