•             Preliminary design of the TS process can be addressed via TRM and extended via a scoped application and CMDB.  Solution to be finalized, pending completion of the initial Discovery period. Evaluation of current ServiceNow out of the box capabilities  and future roadmap considerations will also determine final solution, aligning to the principals of OOTB platform capability vs. customization wherever possible.

•             TS Automation – Admin automation, aging detection, escalations, governance controls

•             Legacy Transition – ID mapping table, data migration, dual-run, sunset procedures

TRM ENHANCEMENTS:

•             Software Bundles – Parent-child model, governance inheritance, catalog requests

•             Version Blocking – CVE response, Tenable integration, Company Portal removal

•             Environment Approvals – Dev?Test?UAT?Prod progression, 999 CI limit

•             Environment Mapping – Labs/EUSP/Manufacturing/Prod, SBOM integration

•             Hierarchical Access – L2/L3 simplification, isAllowedToRequest() logic
