Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.
2. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
3. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
4. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
5. Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
6. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
7. Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
8. Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
9. Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
10. Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
11. Lead project risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
12. Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
2. Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
3. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
4. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
5. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
6. Excellent analytical skills.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
8. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
9. Exceptional negotiation skills and experience with vendor management.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Strong attention to detail and quality control.
12. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
13. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
