Role : AI Architect for building QE framework
Location : Fort Mill, SC

We are seeking a highly hands-on AI Architect who designs, builds, and enables end-to-end AI solutions rather than providing superficial or advisory-only guidance. This role requires deep technical ownership across architecture, implementation, integration, and adoption of AI solutions within engineering teams. The ideal candidate will actively code, guide teams through implementation, and ensure AI capabilities are embedded into day-to-day development workflows with measurable business and engineering outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect, design, and build end-to-end enterprise AI solutions, from concept through production deployment.
• Provide hands-on implementation guidance by actively contributing code, patterns, and reference implementations alongside engineering teams.
• Design and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP), model routing, orchestration, and lifecycle management for multi-model AI solutions.
• Build AI orchestration layers integrating models, tools, and services to support scalable and reusable AI capabilities.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing engineering ecosystems, including Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Enable and drive AI adoption across development teams by embedding AI workflows into standard SDLC practices.
• Define, track, and report success metrics for AI adoption, including developer productivity, quality improvements, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Platform, and DevOps teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable AI implementations.

• Proven experience as an AI Architect or Senior AI Engineer delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Strong hands-on development experience in Python and Java.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end AI architectures, not limited to high-level design documents.
• Experience building Model Control Planes (MCP), model routing, and orchestration frameworks.
• Solid experience integrating AI solutions with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, SDLC, and DevOps.
