Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer – Cortex XSOAR to design, develop, and maintain security automation solutions that improve SOC efficiency and incident response. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cortex XSOAR, Python scripting, REST API integrations, and security orchestration. You will work closely with SOC analysts and Security Engineering teams to automate incident response, integrate security platforms, and optimize existing playbooks and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Cortex XSOAR playbooks and automation workflows.
• Build and support integrations using Python, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Automate security incident response, enrichment, and remediation processes.
• Integrate Cortex XSOAR with SIEM, EDR, IAM, ITSM, and other security platforms.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing automation workflows.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts and Security Engineering teams to improve security operations.

Required Skill

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cortex XSOAR.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience developing REST API and JSON-based integrations.
• Knowledge of SIEM, EDR, and Incident Response workflows.
• Experience with Linux, Git, and automation best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience with Cortex XSIAM/XDR, Splunk, ServiceNow, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, or cloud security (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) is preferred.
