Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day support tickets with a focus on quick resolution and user satisfaction.
Provide basic troubleshooting assistance in a Windows environment, while also supporting Apple tablet users.
Collaborate closely with the on-site contact to ensure a seamless support experience for both office staff and manufacturing floor teams.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in a technical support role.
Certifications such as A+ and ITIL are preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent customer service skills, especially dealing with non-technical users.
