Join a dynamic team where your skills in technical support can make a difference! We are seeking a dedicated Tier 1.5 Support Technician to provide exceptional support at our manufacturing and office site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day support tickets with a focus on quick resolution and user satisfaction.

  • Provide basic troubleshooting assistance in a Windows environment, while also supporting Apple tablet users.

  • Collaborate closely with the on-site contact to ensure a seamless support experience for both office staff and manufacturing floor teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a technical support role.

  • Certifications such as A+ and ITIL are preferred but not mandatory.

  • Excellent customer service skills, especially dealing with non-technical users.
