Full Stack Engineer

Duration: 4+ Months

Location: IA-Des Moines, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities:

Conduct high level systems analysis and implementation of high performing software solutions that are efficient, cost effective, and which support business and technology applications

Participate in system development, design, code testing, and debugging necessary to ensure successful completion or resolution of issues while focusing on utilization of emerging technologies

Contribute to best practices (development standards, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, etc.) across various platforms

Work with a diverse development resourcing model which includes FTE staff, global onshore/offshore staffing, crowdsourcing, etc

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field of study, and at least 2 years of software development experience (ex.Python, AWS, Angular, NodeJS, TypeScript, C++, .NET, Java, SQL) OR 6 years of related and applicable experience

Strong analytical problem-solving skills

Accuracy and high attention to detail

Previous experience troubleshooting and developing creative technical solutions

Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex issues

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience using the Informatica suite (PowerCenter, IICS, MDM) as part of enterprise data warehouse processes

Experience working with AWS Glue

Experience working within an Agile team environment using the SAFe framework

Experience partnering with global staffing vendors to deliver projects

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
