Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on their project based out of Tallahassee, FL/ Onsite.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Tallahassee, FL/ Onsite

Duration: 12+ months 

Job Description:  

• Create required reporting documents, using MS Word, Excel, or other software as assigned by the Client.
• Create a project management portfolio as directed by the Department (ex. Project plans, task lists, risk assessments, issue documents, governance documents).
• Develop and provide weekly updates using MS Word, Excel, Project or other software, and include current task status, project plans and reports as assigned by the client.
• Communicate either in meetings, verbally, via emails and written formats with Department project teams and stakeholders as directed by the Client.
• Perform analysis and produce project documents and briefings as assigned by the client.
• Coordinate with the Department’s Strategic Process Management team to develop and deliver appropriate training to Department end users.

 Required Experience / Minimum Experience:

• Active Project Management Professional Certification.
• A minimum of 12 years in managing information technology projects.
• A minimum of 12 years in developing detailed project documentation for Executive Management.
• A minimum of 12 years with change management procedures.
• A minimum of 12 years with managing a mix of local/virtual teams.
• A minimum of 12 years with management and facilitation of external stakeholder groups.
• Experience with the PALM project.
