Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Denver, CO or Remote (PST or MST only)

Job Description
Talent Groups is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support enterprise ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and development within an IT Service Management organization. This role will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise IT service delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring hands on experience supporting the ServiceNow platform, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide platform support and development within the ServiceNow environment
- Maintain productive vendor relationships and help resolve production issues related to vendor systems
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Support testing and validation of vendor deliverables
- Monitor upgrade schedules and support planning activities
- Serve as a point of contact with ServiceNow regarding new products and design considerations
- Demonstrate leadership skills including collaboration, planning, and consensus building
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Minimum four years of experience in an Applications Engineer role, IT environment, or a related technical field
- Four or more years of hands on ServiceNow experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
- Experience supporting ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management, Telecommunications Service Operations Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management, Configuration Management Database, or Telecommunications Number Inventory
