Pay Range: $41 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process large volumes of enterprise data
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
- Perform data validation, quality assurance testing, and root cause analysis
- Support ETL processes and data integration activities
- Troubleshoot production data issues and resolve data discrepancies
- Work with scheduling tools to automate batch processing
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support provider data initiatives
- Participate in project implementation and continuous process improvements
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems
- Assist in identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis or related IT roles
- Strong experience with SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Data Validation, ETL Processes, Data Analysis & Reporting
- Experience with data manipulation and data mining.

- Experience troubleshooting production data issues.

- Experience working with provider or healthcare-related data.
- Experience with cloud-based production environments.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as: ActiveBatch, Control-M
- Experience with one or more programming languages: Python, C#, Java
- Experience managing or contributing significantly to project implementations
- High School Diploma or GED
