The pay range for this role is $110K Max per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and a focus on Master Patient Index (MPI) within the pathology and laboratory domain, specifically with experience at LabCorp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for our data management products, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering high quality solutions that enhance patient data management.

Responsibilities:

Years of Experience: 10 15 Years

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that the product meets the needs of stakeholders and end users.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to patient data management and laboratory operations.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements and iterations.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with a focus on Master Patient Index (MPI).
  • Strong understanding of pathology and laboratory operations, particularly in the context of Labcorp.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product development in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data driven approach to decision making.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to patient data management.
  • Experience in user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 15 years of experience in product management or business analysis, with a focus on data management solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in product management, agile methodologies, or data management are a plus.
