Job Overview: The Warehouse and Inventory Associate will support daily warehouse operations and inventory management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role involves receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing critical equipment and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hands-on operational environment where efficiency and teamwork are essential.
Responsibilities: - Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support operational teams.
- Load and prepare outbound shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.
- Track inventory and assets to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with packaging, returns, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing.
- Follow established safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
Qualifications: - Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, construction, or similar operational environment.
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain forklift certification.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the workday.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience with barcode scanners and inventory management software.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Inventory control and asset tracking experience.
- Experience supporting technical equipment or hardware environments.
- Experience in high-volume or rapidly growing operational environments.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to frequently lift and move materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
