Job Description:
25+ years of experience in the IT industry.
15+ years as a Project Manager / Service Manager; 3+ years as a Program Manager.
Bachelor s degree (B.Sc. or B.A.).
PRINCE2 (or equivalent PM certification), Preferred ITIL Foundation v3 Certification Led large transformation programs with multiple workstreams and PM direct reports.
Able to produce automated executive dashboards and status reporting.
Strong customer facing and interpersonal communication skills.
Calm, level headed, positive can do approach under pressure.
Creative problem solver with customer focused, strategic thinking.
Fluent in English + business level proficiency in one: Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
Capable of multitasking independently in unstructured environments.
Strong leadership across global, multi timezone teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
