Location: Acton, MA
Pay Rate: $43.50/hour
Schedule: Hybrid | On-site approximately 3 days per week

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Extensive experience with Workday Payroll required
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting international payroll processes preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Job Duties
- Process biweekly multi-state payroll for 3,000+ employees using Workday
- Audit payroll data including hours, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Reconcile payroll reports and validate payroll accuracy
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Process off-cycle payrolls for corrections, terminations, and bonus payments
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to maintain employee data accuracy
- Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 reconciliation
- Maintain payroll documentation and identify process improvement opportunities
- Provide backup support for international payroll operations
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to work on-site in Acton, MA approximately three days per week
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
