Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Design and develop user interfaces based on functional requirements, business objectives, and user needs.
Implement and update UI components using React and the LIFT framework while maintaining consistency and usability.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI defects and functionality issues to ensure reliable application performance.
Collaborate with team members to understand requirements, implement assigned user stories, and deliver quality UI enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience in user interface development, React-based application development, UI troubleshooting, and implementing functional requirements.
Technical Skills:
React, LIFT Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UI Development, Responsive Design, Component Development, UI Debugging, Version Control
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience developing and maintaining user-facing application interfaces aligned with business requirements and user workflows.
Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting business operations.
Experience translating functional requirements and user stories into usable, consistent, and reliable interface components.
Experience resolving UI issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support application quality and user experience.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
