Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder to design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models that support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and operational planning initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Anaplan model building, data integration, and Connected Planning architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models, modules, lists, dashboards, and UX pages
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions
• Build and optimize planning models for FP&A, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, and Sales Planning
• Develop and maintain Data Hub architecture and integrations
• Work with stakeholders to improve planning processes and reporting capabilities
• Perform model optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices
• Support data integrations using APIs, ETL tools, CloudWorks, or middleware platforms
• Create documentation, testing scripts, and user training materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience

• Experience with Connected Planning concepts
• Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or supply chain planning
• Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP/CRM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Anaplan Level 2 or Level 3 Certification
• Experience with CloudWorks, APIs, Informatica, MuleSoft, or ETL tools
• Experience in Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing domains
• SQL, Excel, or Power BI/Tableau knowledge is a plus
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Anaplan Solution Architect certification
• Experience with large-scale enterprise Anaplan implementations
• Master Anaplanner exposure
