Quality Analyst

Introduction:

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software and systems within the organization. They will work closely with the development team to plan, execute, and automate testing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in offer management, Martech, and campaign management domains, as well as a strong understanding of API testing and data validation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute QA test cases and scenarios
• Automate testing processes using tools such as Playwright
• Ensure data quality and validation in software systems
• Collaborate with the development team to improve software quality
• Work with AI-based SDLC tools to streamline testing processes
• Utilize Adobe Experience Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for testing purposes
• Manage and analyze campaign data for quality assurance purposes

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA test planning, execution, and automation
• Strong experience in offer management, Martech, and campaign management domains
• Understanding of API testing and data validation
• Experience with Playwright automation
• Familiarity with AI-based SDLC tools
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Naehas or similar offer management platforms
• Experience in software development methodologies
• Previous experience in sales or marketing roles
