Job Details

General Tasks and Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Understand and support the flow of information across Financial, Business, Clinical, and Infrastructure applications.
  • Document, research, and troubleshoot reported issues, requests, and incidents.
  • Triage service requests and issues to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Foster a business-oriented, service-driven culture focused on continual service improvement.
  • Identify, recommend, and act on opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Understand and support critical business processes related to EITS applications.
  • Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules (EAM, IWMS, Facilities, Space, Clinical Engineering, etc.) on the ServiceNow platform, including Asset Management and CMDB.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Perform system integrations, data migrations, and workflow automation within Nuvolo and ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, forms, reports, and documentation standards.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing operational support.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workplace operations and improve service delivery.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain administrative support staff to meet Information Systems Department requirements.
  • Plan, assign, and review the work of staff and subordinate personnel.
  • Coordinate departmental activities to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Direct the preparation of departmental budgets, cost estimates, and resource forecasts in coordination with leadership.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of operational, financial, personnel, space, and equipment data.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field; or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in data processing, computer systems, and application support.
  • Five (5) years of supervisory experience for Operations-focused roles.
  • Telecommunications background and relevant experience for Network Services-focused roles.
  • Broad knowledge of computer systems, peripheral devices, communications systems, and hardware capabilities.
  • Proficiency with programming languages, electronic data processing (EDP) applications, systems analysis methodologies, and data management and retrieval techniques.
