SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:


- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support our business processes and enhance our overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:


- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.


- Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform.


- Configure and customize Pega applications to meet specific business requirements.


- Implement best practices and design principles to ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the Pega applications.


- Perform unit testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systems and technologies.


- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications in production environments.


- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and trends and propose innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience.


MUST HAVE Hard Skills:



Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pega Developer.


Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application development


Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.


One or more Pega Architect certifications


Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.


Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.


SOFT SKILLS:


Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


Strong communication and collaboration skills.



NICE-TO-HAVE


Banking/Financial experience
