Job Title: Data Science Lead

Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader with expertise in building, integrating, and scaling AI-driven systems within cloud-native environments. This role requires deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, multi-agent frameworks, and modern observability practices to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize applications using Microsoft .NET, Azure, and Python.
• Build and extend solutions leveraging the Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Lead MCP server development and ensure robust integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA) and external organizations.
• Architect and implement MCP gateway concepts, focusing on security, observability, and scalability.
• Explore and apply A2A protocols and multi-agent system architectures to enterprise use cases.
• Design and deploy RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and graph-based agent systems for intelligent automation.
• Build cloud-native AI infrastructure in Azure, including Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure AI services.
• Establish and maintain AI system observability frameworks, including telemetry, prompt logging, evaluation pipelines, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and business impact.

Required Technical Capabilities

• Strong experience with Microsoft .NET, Azure, and Python.
• Hands-on expertise in MCP server development and integrations.
• Knowledge of multi-agent frameworks and A2A protocols (familiarity is a plus).
• Experience with RAG and graph-based agent systems.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable, cloud-native AI infrastructure in Azure.
• Deep understanding of observability practices for AI systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI systems, or enterprise data engineering.
• Demonstrated success in cloud-native solution delivery and multi-agent architectures.
• Strong background in system security, observability, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive, technical, and operational audiences.
• Advanced certifications in Azure AI, Azure Data Engineering, or Microsoft
