• CTI integration.
• End-to-end case model transformation (legacy flows to service case architecture
• Event-driven architecture and externalization (Kafka-based integration patterns, Elastic Search for indexing and search optimization)
• Containerized deployment and scalability (Kubernetes/OpenShift-based Pega architecture)

·                     Pega platform upgrade to Infinity 26 (including impact assessment and regression management)

• Centre-out architecture enablement (API-first case submission replacing eForms)
• Constellation adoption strategy for agent experience (to be executed post foundational stabilization
