Introduction:

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will play a crucial role in establishing, implementing, and managing scalable software development processes across multiple projects. You will collaborate with engineering teams, QE, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functionality to production.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement SDLC processes across multiple tracks.
• Partner with engineering leads, program managers, and stakeholders to align on goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish frameworks and processes for project tracking, risk management, and communication to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Drive project execution by setting priorities, tracking progress, and removing blockers.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Own and report on key project metrics and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Project Management - 2-5 years of experience
• Agile - 2-5 years of experience
