Job Summary:
The Developer will join a collaborative team responsible for supporting and enhancing the Delaware General Assembly's Legislative Information System (LIS). This role includes hands-on technical design, development, integration, and ongoing support within a large and complex technology environment.
A four-year degree in a related field (or equivalent technical experience) is required. Knowledge of Delaware's legislative process or other state legislative environments is highly desirable. Candidates who demonstrate the ability to independently learn and quickly understand legislative processes and business operations will be strongly considered.
Technical Skills:Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a C#/.NET developerExperience with full-stack development (backend and frontend design and implementation)Experience developing and supporting solutions leveraging Microsoft Word automation, SharePoint, and SQL Server within complex, multi-user production environmentsExperience using version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps Server, Git)Experience with document generation frameworks or document automation libraries in .NET environments is desirable
Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market. Also, some positions may include bonuses or other incentives
