Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Summary:
In this role, you will collaborate with and assist a Senior Project Manager in a wide range of Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage projects. A technical background (understanding of mechanical/electrical aspects; field construction techniques, equipment, etc.) is not required but preferred. Travel to projects in the field will be required (up to 25%). This role is on site in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, unless travelling to a project.

Duties and responsibilities include:
* Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
* Identify potential risks, technical challenges, and develop solutions
* Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
* Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
* Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
* Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
* Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
* Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

Preferred skills are as follows:
* Schedule Management (Smartsheet)
* Knowledge Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* SAP knowledge
* Maximo knowledge
* Budget/cost-tracking

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
