Principal Process & Business Analyst (Banking experience is a must)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 3-6 Months Contract To Hire

Description:

Strong KM (knowledge management) governance experience within a banking/financial institution environment,
Enterprise level BA and UAT governance leadership, and
Exposure to modern knowledge platforms, ideally with chatbot or GenAI integration.

Requirements:

Banking/financial institution experience is required.
Strong background in knowledge management governance models.
Experience implementing structured approval workflows and content governance frameworks.
Ability to operate at an enterprise level and influence across departments.
