Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that support strategic business objectives across the organization.

Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution through delivery and post-implementation review, while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing enterprise-wide projects in fast-paced environments. This individual will collaborate closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to drive successful project outcomes, mitigate risks, and support organizational transformation efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Lead complex enterprise projects and oversee all phases of project execution
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables
* Partner with leadership teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, priorities, and success metrics
* Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring proactive resolution strategies
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful delivery of project goals
* Provide regular status updates, executive-level reporting, and clear communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure adherence to project governance standards, methodologies, and organizational best practices
* Support remediation and process improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective action planning
* Oversee vendor relationships and ensure external partners meet agreed-upon deliverables and timelines
* Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to support adoption and minimize operational disruption
* Utilize project management and portfolio management tools to monitor progress, track milestones, and maintain accurate project documentation
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project delivery processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
