Job Title: PACS Support Analyst - Overnight - 100% Remote
Position Type: 6+ Months Contract / CTH
Hourly Rate: $45- $50 / hour W2

ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE

Medix is currently seeking a PACS Support Analyst to provide remote, overnight support for a portfolio of PACS and 3rd Party Enterprise Imaging applications. Products include Intelerad, Mosaic, and Nuance PowerScribe

We are seeking individuals who come from a clinical background - R.T. (R) is highly preferred. At a minimum, candidates must understand DICOM, Modality Worklists and the clinical aspects of troubleshooting Radiology Workflow issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work hours will be Overnight Shift: 10pm-8 am, 4 days / week


• Working in a fully remote capacity to resolve incident tickets regarding PACS, Worklists, Dictation, etc.


• Assisting Radiologists and Rad Techs in resolving issues with Radiology Workflow navigation, PACS and Imaging applications


• Taking calls and chats from Radiologists and Rad Techs in the field, and helping to resolve issues


• Providing exceptional customer service and support

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3-5+ years professional experience in technical support for Radiology Imaging


• Clinical experience as a Registered Technologist in Radiology - R.T.(R) - highly preferred


• PACS - Intelerad, Mosaic


• Dictation - Nuance PowerScribe or M*Modal Fluency


• Strong communication skills and customer service abilities
