Location: Middletown, PA
Work Arrangement: Virtual/Remote until further notice; however, candidates must be available to work Onsite for meetings or emergencies with a 3-hour notice.
Employment Type: Contract
Interview Mode: Mandatory in-person interview in Middletown, PA.
Requirement: Must be a current Pennsylvania (PA) resident.

Core Responsibilities

Project Lifecycle Management: Lead multiple IT projects from initiation through closing, including planning, monitoring, and controlling scope, schedule, and cost.
Infrastructure Coordination: Manage projects related to long-haul fiber networks, campus data networks, wireless/Wi-Fi connectivity, and unified communication technology.
Artifact Development: Create and maintain project plans, risk registers, and communication plans using established PMO standards and templates.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with business owners to refine project scope and maintain productive relationships with sponsors and key clients.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct "Lessons Learned" sessions to identify recommendations for process improvement and adhere to the PMO Playbook.

Required Experience & Skills

Project Management: 5+ years of expertise managing projects of various sizes, including integration, scope, and vendor management.
Network Technologies: Proven experience with fiber networks, data networks (facility/campus), and wireless connectivity.
Compliance: Ability to provide a Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History (ePATCH) and a National Criminal Background check.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to maintain a professional appearance during mandatory on-camera virtual meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired.
Platform Expertise: Experience using ServiceNow (Idea, Project, and Demand modules).
Enterprise Solutions: Experience with SAP projects or other large-scale enterprise business solutions.
Frameworks: Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
