Must-Have Requirements

Senior Developer:

7 10 years Salesforce development experience

Strong Government Cloud experience required

Background in Sales, Service, and/or Manufacturing Cloud

Ability to grow into an Architect role

Mid-Level Developer:

5+ years Salesforce development experience

Government Cloud experience preferred

Commercial Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, or Manufacturing Cloud) acceptable

For both roles:

Must be hands-on developers (not admins or pure architects)

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Salesforce RCA (new capability being introduced internally)
