The ServiceNow Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic ServiceNow initiatives across IT and business functions. This role will manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, partnering with technology teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives, governance requirements, and platform best practices. This role is responsible for delivering balanced solutions, delivering tactical needs while contributing to broader organizational outcomes across Client.

The ideal candidate has deep experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HAM, IRM, SPM, Service Catalog, and Platform capabilities in a large enterprise environment.
