We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Customer IAM Authentication and Access Control to :
lead strategic work in the Customer Identity & Access Management and drive key initiatives for our business divisions globally
have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as the Product Manager of our Next Generation Authentication Platform in Americas
work on the end-to-end Customer IAM vision and strategy in alignment with our firm's strategic technical direction, the Technology Services Strategy, and the Organization Cyber Information Security Strategy and overall Identity & Access Management
lead the crew in agile practices, empowering and developing crew members, and striving for continuous improvement, making space for learning and innovation and contribute to the management of a family of products throughout their lifecycle, from early ideas and prototypes to production rollout, incremental improvements and eventual retirement/ a group of pods being responsible for the operational outcomes and performance against SLAs and KPIs
interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit and analyze the business context and competitor landscape using data and analytics to make decisions
manage businesses, engage sponsors and business colleagues, take ownership of product/service escalations, resolving issues, removing impediments, and making prioritization decisions
Detailed salary information:
Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $178000 to $233000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. You'll be working in the Customer Identity & Access Management Team which is part of Identity & Access Management. This role specifically is aligned with our External Authentication products which provide solutions for UBS clients globally. Our team consists of highly skilled technical experts across the globe. Your team has an amazing opportunity to make significant positive impact to UBS, our clients. Your role will be located in our Weehawken, NJ office.
Your expertise
experience as a product manager delivering authentication platforms, ideally in Customer IAM
excellent and proven knowledge of Application/Cloud Security concepts and the IT Security Domain with experience working in the financial industry in a similar role
working knowledge & experience with Internet Facing Applications (Application Firewalls, DMZ, proxies)
strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership
strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills that enable you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships to collaborate with internal partners on global & regional initiatives/ programs
confident, assertive, and effective communicator with strong influencing skills and able to prepare and deliver professional presentations
experience and good knowledge of global jurisdictional practices/financial regulators requirements
