We are seeking an exceptional Software Developer For Drug Discovery to join a highly collaborative, intellectually rigorous team where computational excellence is the standard.

This is a high-impact position designed for a driven problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of complex architecture, advanced algorithms, and real-world execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect & Build: Design, optimize, and maintain critical tools and infrastructure driving high-performance scientific workflows, cheminformatics algorithms, large-scale data management, scalable backend systems, and visualization software.

  • Data & Research Execution: Translate complex molecular datasets, chemical databases, and abstract technical challenges into clear, scalable, high-performance frameworks.

  • Systemic Optimization: Identify technical friction points, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational velocity across high-concurrency and cluster architecture environments.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key technical interface, working directly with world-class chemists, biologists, machine learning engineers, and computer scientists.

What You Bring

  • Academic Pedigree: Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Computational Biology, Physics, or a related STEM discipline.

  • Technical Mastery: Strong command of C++ and Python programming, Linux/UNIX tools, and high-performance data-parallel computing.

  • Specialized Expertise: Extensive experience with cheminformatics software packages (e.g., Virtual Screening, Docking, Computer-Aided Small Molecule Design, Molecular Modeling, Engineering Large-Scale Chemical Databases) and workflow engineering.

  • Analytical Precision: Proven track record of solving multi-faceted problems in high-performance computing, systems software, or cluster architectures.

  • Agile Mindset: Intellectual curiosity, versatility, and the ability to balance rigorous engineering standards with fast-paced, autonomous execution under pressure.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary: $250,000–$600,000 (determined based on experience and educational background).
