  • Improve HR processes through automation, workflow optimization, and scalable technology solutions.

  • Support reporting and analytics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, and Advanced Excel.

  • Collaborate with HR teams, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver HR technology initiatives.

  • Ensure data privacy, security, governance, and compliance across HR systems.

  • Support global HR technology initiatives, system enhancements, and digital transformation projects.

  • Drive process improvements that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or enterprise HR platforms.

  • Strong experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle HCM, or similar enterprise HR systems.

  • In-depth understanding of Core HCM, employee records, Recruiting/ATS, Performance Management, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Compensation, and employee Onboarding/Offboarding.

  • Strong SQL and data querying skills.

  • Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data flow between enterprise applications.

  • Hands-on experience with HR reporting, analytics, and data validation.

  • Experience troubleshooting HR system issues and resolving data discrepancies.

  • Understanding of HR data privacy, security, and governance.

  • Experience gathering requirements, managing system enhancements, and collaborating with business stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be willing to work onsite in Fremont, CA, five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Kafka or event-driven integrations.

  • Exposure to HR AI solutions, chatbots, and intelligent automation.

  • Experience designing scalable HR technology solutions and system architectures.
