Lead Software Engineer

Title: Lead Software Engineer Manhattan WMOS
Location: Atlanta, GA / Dallas, TX / Camden, NJ
Work Model: Hybrid 3 days onsite
Type: Permanent / FTE

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with strong Manhattan WMOS experience to lead WMS design, configuration, integrations, production support, and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of Manhattan WMOS
• Work with warehouse and business teams to understand requirements
• Create Business Requirements, Functional Designs, and Technical Specifications
• Support integrations between WMS, ERP, TMS, and other systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions
• Support implementations, upgrades, SIT/UAT, and testing
• Develop and maintain WMS reports
• Work with project managers, developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer
• Participate in 24x7 rotational production support

Required Skills

• 8 10+ years of experience in WMS or Supply Chain systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS
• Experience with Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory modules
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
• Experience with WMS integrations with ERP/TMS
• Working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
• Strong techno-functional and production support experience
• Experience with system implementations and SIT/UAT
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree required
