Summary
Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr Network Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across large data centers and enterprise WAN environments, ensuring minimal downtime and high service availability.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize routing and switching infrastructure to support scalable and secure network operations.
- Manage and support firewalls, VPNs, and wireless solutions to ensure secure connectivity across the organization.
- Administer load balancers, DNS, and DHCP services while ensuring proper traffic distribution and network reliability.
- Implement and troubleshoot advanced networking technologies such as VXLAN to support modern data center architectures.
- Collaborate with cross?functional teams to diagnose issues, support network upgrades, and deliver continuous improvements to network performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6-8 years of experience supporting large data center and enterprise WAN network environments.
- Strong client?required expertise in routing, switching, wireless, and firewall technologies used in complex network infrastructures.
- Proven hands?on experience managing load balancers, DNS/DHCP services, VPN, and VXLAN configurations in large?scale environments.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
