Mahattan OMS Consultant

Mahattan OMS Consutant:

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain Manhattan modules including:
  • Enterprise Order Management (EOM)
  • Distributed Order Management (DOM)
  • Manhattan Call Center
  • Order Orchestration
  • Enterprise Inventory
  • Available to Commerce (ATC)
  • Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI)

2. Architecture & Integration

• Lead architecture and integration design across OMS, ERP, WMS, payment, tax, and fraud systems.
• Develop and consume REST APIs using Java and JSON.
• Perform data mapping and advanced SQL-based data analysis.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability across order lifecycle processes.

3. Business & Process Enablement

• Support direct-to-consumer (DTC) order flows including sourcing, allocation, fulfillment, and returns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support full SDLC (Agile and Waterfall), including:
  • Requirement gathering
  • Design & configuration
  • Testing & validation
  • Deployment & hypercare
  • End-user training

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Distributed Order Management.
• Strong background in:
  • Direct-to-consumer processes
  • Distributed order management
  • Supply chain & fulfillment operations
• Experience across Manhattan OMS modules (EOM, DOM, ATC, SCI, etc.).
• Strong technical skills in:
  • REST APIs
  • Java
  • JSON
  • SQL (advanced knowledge preferred)
• Proven experience in architecture and integration design.
• Experience integrating OMS with:
  • Payment gateways
  • Fraud management systems
  • Tax engines
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • ERP platforms
