Job Title: Salesforce Programmer Analyst
Location: Glen Allen, VA (Hybrid)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and support a recently developed Salesforce application deployed to production. The candidate will be responsible for implementing enhancements, resolving production defects, and maintaining Salesforce functionality.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex (Classes and Triggers).
Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Salesforce Flow Builder and declarative configuration.
Copado CI/CD – source control, deployment and release management.
Apex Unit Testing and Code Coverage.
Production defect troubleshooting and remediation.
Jira – User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Defect Tracking.
Salesforce security, Permission Sets and Validation Rules.
Technical documentation and release management.
Good to Have:
Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI and Prompt Builder.
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
Government/Public Sector Salesforce implementation experience.
Key Requirement: Candidates must have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience along with real-time Copado deployment experience and production support/defect remediation exposure.
