  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and maintain strong, reliable partnerships.
  • Respond to property damage emergencies as part of an on-call rotation when needed.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company standards, promptly reporting and addressing any concerns.
  • Supervise and support field crews and subcontractors to ensure craftsmanship meets or exceeds company expectations.
  • Develop and track project budgets, reviewing costs, materials, and timelines to ensure profitability and accuracy.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to clients, management, and stakeholders.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontractor and vendor work.
  • Coordinate all permits and inspections required for each project, ensuring work meets local codes and specifications.
  • Lead teams with professionalism and accountability, setting clear expectations and driving continuous improvement.

  • Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Proficiency in project management and estimating software (experience with Xactimate is highly valued).
  • Self-driven, organized, and dependable — able to work independently while leading diverse teams.
  • PMP certification or equivalent credentials are a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure.

Why Join Our Team

  • Competitive base compensation with opportunities for performance-based growth.
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment with strong leadership.
