BI Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a BI Analyst

Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions by providing analysis and reporting to meet the needs of multiple Services departments. This role requires a subject-matter expert in efficient information retrieval, with the ability to analyze large datasets, design and maintain insightful dashboards, and develop reporting solutions that empower management and stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

A typical day in this role might have the BI Analyst building a Power BI report one minute, running a query for a field representative the next minute, and having conversations with a C-Suite Executive about new report requirements the next. This is part of a highly visible team. The BI Analyst will work closely with various departments and levels to understand their needs and deliver accurate, timely, and impactful reports.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience with Power BI
* Proficiency in SQL
* Ability to engage with business units and understand requirements
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
