Overview
The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the configuration and deployment of software on medical device tablets via a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, pairing peripheral Bluetooth measurement devices, assisting with inventory management, and facilitating shipping and receiving activities.

Responsibilities
Configure and deploy software on medical device tablets based on customer specifications using an MDM platform.
Pair and test peripheral Bluetooth medical measurement devices with tablets to ensure proper device connectivity and performance.
Pick, pack, and prepare inventory for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
Support order fulfillment by assisting with packaging, shipping, and receiving of operational equipment.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support operational initiatives and service requests.
Perform additional operational and logistical tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related generalist role.
Demonstrated familiarity with mobile devices, applications, and basic device configuration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, MS teams).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and customer specifications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills when interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
