Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Story Writing
- Collaborate with marketing and business leads to define requirements for new features (e.g., financing options, A/B testing, and promotional campaigns).
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed User Stories with clear, testable Acceptance Criteria (Gherkin-style preferred).
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog in JIRA, ensuring it is refined and ready for sprint planning.
- Delivery & Developer Support
- Excel at driving and removing impediments and clarifying requirements in real-time.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
- Work closely with QA to ensure that "Definition of Done" is met for every story before it is promoted to production.
- Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Integrations, Data/Analytics, and Customer Care) to ensure alignment on upcoming releases.
- Support the rollout of third-party integrations (e.g., PayPal, Affirm, Klarna) by coordinating with external vendors and internal technical leads.
- Update documentation for new processes and features to ensure stakeholders are informed of platform changes.
- Data & Optimization Support
- Assist in monitoring product performance using Google Analytics 4 and FullStory.
- Help set up and monitor A/B tests to measure the impact of pricing and UX changes on conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities for automated "Campaign Cleanup" and other operational efficiencies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Agile Product Ownership & Backlog Management
- MarTech & E-commerce Platform Knowledge
- Data, Analytics & A/B Testing Support
- Healthcare or Medical device industry exp in needed
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in product coordination, business analysis, or product management within an e-commerce or technical environment.
- Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A proactive mindset with a focus on "removing blockers" and finding creative solutions to technical hurdles.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Basic understanding of MarTech tools like Google Analytics, FullStory, or Vertex.
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
