Description
The ServiceNow Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing ServiceNow Licenses and Governing ServiceNow Access for our clients internal employees who use the platform. Oversees subscription compliance, monitors usage, and ensures the company stays within its entitlements. Besides license management and access governance the other areas are managing incidents and platform health.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role is a collaborative self-starter managing the administrative responsibilities of the ServiceNow platform, providing L3 (Level 3) operational support. This role will actively collaborate with the ServiceNow architect, development and L1/L2 operational team.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including user access, instance health, scheduled jobs, access governance and license management.
Configuration & Customization: Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications to meet business requirements.
Security & Compliance: Ensure platform configurations comply with industry regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, DFARS, ITAR) and internal cybersecurity policies.
Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows, business rules, and integrations to streamline business processes.
Integration Management: Support integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, IAM) using APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.
Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain performance analytics, dashboards, and reports to support operational visibility and decision-making.
Change Management: Participate in change control processes, ensuring updates are tested, documented, and deployed with minimal disruption.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other DT teams, cybersecurity, compliance, and business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Upgrades & Enhancements: Perform platform upgrades, patching, and feature rollouts while minimizing downtime and ensuring compatibility with existing configurations.
Minimum Required Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and minimum 3 years of related experience.
Proficiency in multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, Source to Pay etc.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Working knowledge of ITSM processes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
